Right, avoid any router/modem combo as they are not supported. US model is R7800-100NAS, and for UK it is R7800-100UKS.

Save yourself the headaches and return or sell this router ASAP.

The wifi driver is no longer maintained and the Intel adapter issues will never be resolved, among plenty of others.
