You can't set a static lease with an IP outside of the DHCP range in the UI. Complete user error all the way around.
If i do it manually in the UI it works, if you do it using the buttons it dont. ... |

For example if you try to set 192.168.1.20 as a static ip on a client in my situation it works. But not 192.168.1.2, ... |
