You should be able to do something similar with iptables:

ip6tables -I 1 FORWARD -m mac --mac-source (mac_address)

replace (mac_address) with the MAC address of that device

If you have a specific direction, get a directional antenna, like a yagi.

You could also buy other antenna hardware that has a higher gain (ie more directional vs omni)
