If I follow correctly you will need to open access on the DD-WRT router to the print server. Also on DDWRT are you giving access to the WAN to access the login page.

If you have a specific direction, get a directional antenna, like a yagi.
You could also buy other antenna hardware that has a higher gain (ie more directional vs omni) |
