It also depends on what you are trying to do.

I helped one person set up a raspberry pi zero as a small wireless router, but this is not dd-wrt related.

change is protected by ifeq CONFIG_BCM47XX -- this should be no since it is supporting MIPS not x86

I have that same router and have not had a problem like that.
