This is just my guess, but one or more of your client devices may not be happy with the open source mwlwifi driver.

Try to set 2.4 GHz Wireless Network Mode to G-Only or disable WMM, save, then reb ...

I've tried forgetting network. But the 2.4Ghz is not connectable until a reboot.

It does not appear to be an interference, more instability.

The problem is mainly the very slow ping. The speed is ok.

The range of the router is also very bad with my configuration.
