| I think I found the problem. I'm signed up for the NORDVPN SmartDNS service and was using PBR to keep TV's etc accessible to Amazon etc.

| edit: on windows "proxy settings" from the start menu, under Automatic proxy settings, i turned off Automatically detect settings and it seems to have fixed my issue.

| Oops... sorry. Yes the client (my TV) is not connected thru the VPN.
I listed just my PC's in the PBR box on the VPN page. All of my TV's are not listed so they can be seen by Amazon. |
