It's used by the GUI. Consider using another port.

EXT2 or EXT4 is the format the drive is formatted with. To change it, the drive must be reformatted and all data is lost.

Set the 5 Ghz as Client and connect to the main router.
Set the 2.4 Ghz as AP

If you want the 5 Ghz also as AP, create a VAP.

There is no Repeater mode on the Atheros radio. Only Broadcom have ...

WDS is for connecting APs wireless together. As you have cables between them you just set them up as AP.

Cables are better as bandwidth are not used on the wifi to transfer traffic between routers.

You have set R1/4 and S1/P2 correctly, but vlan 10 is going nowhere as there is no other ports for vlan 10 in S1.

The ports are numbered in opposite direction of what the labels on the casing is showing.

By setting up a tagged trunk, you only need one wire between two units that carry all vlans.

Select the Advanced button in the Wifi settings.

Under the "Drop Clients with Low Signal", you can set that weak clients are dismissed.

Your gateway is wrong. It's not on the lan sub-net.

If you don't have another router on the lan, set this field blank.

Your lan ip is 192.168.2.1/24, so the gateway must be 192.168.2.x.
