That form let you select both wan and lan cpu port on the same line. I don't know of any case where you want that.

vid: 100 ports: 0t 1 The WAN port is not tagged (port 1) Add a "t" Suffix to it. Port 0 is the CPU. |

Even if you have cut off the wired connection, you can still connect over wifi and configure the router.
Do a "swconfig dev swith0 show" to see the running Configuration. |
