The sticky date is the date it was created. Information can be updated regularly, and the date of the sticky will not change. You cannot tell the date of the contents by the date of the sticky.

This is the same issue that has come up with college dorms. I dont know if there was ever a solution, but iirc there was not as the router cannot execute html.
