As of 2023, Comcast still sends bad DSCP marking to customers.

Anybody have luck flashing a Rev I? I won't mind being the first to test... just want to see if anyone's done it before
I've tested it with an OpenWRT initramfs but there are some NAND flash issues ...

OpenWRT should support this fairly soon, maybe once it does someone will port DD-WRT.

any ideas when this will be?
OpenWRT should have an alpha in the next few weeks, not sure on DD-WRT.

OpenWRT should be working on this fairly soon, switch works and an image can be flashed although there are a few things left to fix still.

With respect, it's entirely a Broadcom (and DD-WRT) bug, not a Comcast bug.
Comcast may have a valid purpose for that DSCP value.
