DNSMasq is just the built in DNS server on the router.
You can configure it to do things if you want but most folks leave it at default.

DNS is Domain Name System.

I think I've seen the problem before in some thread somewhere and the issue was the broken Repeater Bridge. Try a regular Repeater, does it work ?
