It seems to me that QoS bandwidth limiting is broken in RC6/6.1. No matter what I set my maximum upstream bandwidth to, it is never limited...I doubt QoS really works...

it should be the input to the amplifier
but i dont think that there is a input amplifier. the original hp setting allows 84mw which is still standard broadcom.
