The main drawbacks of your solution is that your create three totally separated network (WLAN=wl0=eth1, wl0.1, LAN=eth0), so don't hope you can link WLAN & LAN users.

I also own a WG302v2, but unfortunately i don't have a Serial (RS232) wire, so I can't use the console.
