I don't know how to get more informations out. Is there any logging possible on pppd. I even tried to start it via telnet but same issue there.

Even my Dir-878 running DDWRT (that only cost me 100 bucks new) performs better and is more stable than my WRT1900AC v1 ever was using DDWRT, OPENWRT, LEDE or Gargoyle).
