The usb isn't recognized on boot and won't show up with a startup command either. I don't reboot very often so it's not much of an inconvenience.

I'm glad you posted though, out of curiousity I unplugged the usb and restarted the router and it worked. I haven't tried since I upgraded.

I got it to work finally. I kept using win 10 diagnostics and a few router reboots. I now have eth2 with a different ip address and net isolation.

It's a dell inspiron 620 mobo with a qca 9880 card. I'm running it on 2.4. I put a fan on it last night and it stays cool but still drops connection. I'll update it tonight and will post back.

Through ssh I see no errors and since reboot the syslog has no errors. I also used wget instead of curl if that makes a difference. Seems to be working now, thank you very much for the help.
