| Update: I tried to roll back to R39654 (04/25/19), the build I was on previously, and the 2.4 GHz band still isn't working. Could this be a hardware failure during the upgrade?

That was actually the problem. I selected AES and its working fine now. I can't believe I didn't realize those were there. I guess I got tunnel vision when looking through settings haha  |

| I bought a Linksys WRT 3200ACM (upgraded from the WRT 1900 ACS.) I had DD-WRT on my old router and it was solid as a rock for about 7 months (minus a weird wifi speed issue which I still have).
