and magically all problems are gone, no firmware crash, no problem with 2 laptops, no problem with pbr ...

Try turning off policy based routing. https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/6706

PBR is only used with egc script, not with openvpn gui, do you think can be a problem?

I've a big problem with the latest releases:
If I connect both laptop I got a firmware crash.

I don't know how to solve it, I already update the latest WiFi drivers on both pc but ...

But what about a log? Is not possible to log the openvpn process with some code to add to Additional Config field and extract the ip from it? Like grep with regex and tak ...
