I have upgraded my isp speed to 1Gbps but I am only getting about 400 down.
I ran the modem straight to the computer and got the same result.
Could the onboard nic not be up to the task?

My router shows net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle=1 with the nvram show | grep tcp_tw command but the Sysctl page doesnt list it, only tcp_tw_reuse which is 1

I noticed my time update was corrected by 24 mins tonight. I thought the router must not be keeping time but I when back thru the logs and seen nist gave it the wrong time.
Anyone seen that before?
