He's probably talking about Kong's builds.
Have a look at egc's install guide. It's explained on pg 8 what OTP is for. https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=316399 |

Is R8000 still the one to use for this router? I see that there is also an R8500.
Yes, still R8000. R8500 should not be used for this model. It has totally different hardware. |

DIR-895L is NOT compatible with any AC3200. It's not the same hardware at all. The 895L is closer to (but not the same as) RT-AC5300.

Which version of stock are you trying to flash?
Try the older based John's fork of RMerlin: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/fork-asuswrt-merlin-374-43-lts-releases-v39e3.18914/ |

Yes, you can just flash the stock firmware from dd-wrt webui.

If you want to keep stock on one of the partitions, you should keep it on partition 2 and run dd-wrt in partition 1 cos for last few dd-wrt builds, the size can only fit in partition 1 as they're too ...

For cron, you would have to insert a line like:
cd /tmp/mnt/smbshare at the start of the script as cron's working dir may not be what your script wants. |
